I am a woman who has created change in my life
for the better. Today I am living my life happily, content, at peace and
spiritual . I have learned and I have
changed. I have a keen ability to listen
and hear what a person says and not
always says about their situation. I
have compassion and understanding when a person’ s choices have created
difficulties in their life. I understand
the hurt, the lies, the expectations that we can put on ourselves and the
desperation for change. I have a
passion for helping people create change in their life for the betterment of
their life. I enjoy creating with a
client the exciting positive and rewarding changes that help you become the
better version of yourself.

I believe that Life is meant to be lived
joyously, happily and free. I believe
that the changes that I have made in my life can be obtained by anyone who
wants the same. You should be rigorously
honest with yourself and others and have a willingness to change.
I am a mother of 3 adult daughters. I love my life today but admit that I did not
always. Today I keep my “remember when”
close to my heart so I don’t go back to where I was.
